I think the design and sound quality are much better on this machine than the Rosemary Spa. Also the sounds loops are much longer, my only slight complaint is that the 'ocean' sound also has seagulls in the back ground, personally I find the birds distracting when trying to sleep. There are two other sounds featuring birds so I think it would have been better if 'ocean' only featured the sound of waves. Overall though the quality is very good. It has 6 different sound settings (heart-beat, rain, summer night, tropical night, waterfall and ocean). It has a timer for 15, 30 or 60 mins. You can use with batteries or plug straight in. It looks quite nice too. The sound quality is better than the Rosemary Spa and it's cheaper too!

I bought this for my new baby for background noise and it worked fine for about a month, then it started shorting out and it needs to be fiddled with each time I turn it on. I would try another product.
