I SAY THANKS TO D.J.MORLEY.UK. 23 MAY FOR DIRECTING ME TO THIS BOOK. I SERVED MY TIME 1940/50s .I CAN ONLY JUST IMAGINE THE CONDITIONS OF WHICH D,J.MORLEY SURVIED. I TAKE MY HAT OFF TO ALL THESE GUYS. I HAVE READ OTHER HELLSHIPS BOOKS. OF MANY THERE IS THE ONE OF THE RESCUE OF SURVIVORS BY USS. SUBMARINE PAMPANITO ,,I AM SURE I SHALL BE JUST AS MOVED BY THIS BOOK AS I WAS BY THE OTHERS..BEST WISHES T. D.J.MORLEY.UK. GEORGE KNIGHT

Well up to Tony Banhams high standard.
|
This is the perfect companion to Not the Slightest Chance-
The Defence of Hong Kong 1941.Tony Banham's meticulous
research cannot be faulted. Once again he has excelled in
telling the story as if he had experienced it himself.
I would highly recommend it to any one who has an interest
in what happened in those dark days. As one of those who
survived I cannot praise it enough.
