Great present

I bought a copy of this book for colleagues in my office to share in place of buying Christmas cards for them (which I always think a somewhat wasteful and pointless gesture for people you see everyday). Everyone seems thrilled with the idea, and are spending their lunchbreaks reading through it.

This is an unusual book book but an ideal gift for those that work especially to a routine. It encourages you to look at things differently and more positively than you might as part of the daily grind. Well produced, colourful and attractively illustrated it could just change your outlook as well as those around you. A good buy to leave on your desk or that of a colleague. Highly recommended.

There are some brilliant ideas in this book and every single one of them is dead easy to do. Smiling when you answer the phone, starting a car pool, shutting down your computer properly are no-brainers but I didn't realise how few of those things many people (including me) don't even think about. They are so easy to remember (mainly because they are so beautifully presented) that it's not a chore or a struggle to actually do them. I'm addicted!

I think all the other reviews sum the book up very well; just wanted to add my weight to it. More simple, great ideas. As an office we started doing one of the ideas every week - you soon pick up the habit.
I particularly liked the one about Leaving work on time at least once a week!
Can't wait for the next one.

What a cracker. We Are What We Do have done it again. A thoughtful read about making small, do-able actions. They're so easy that I'm doing some of them myself. It rubs off too, my family and colleagues are following suit and taking on their own actions, as well as developing some new ones of their own. Great stuff - get a copy.
