As a nutritional therapist I have used this book as a 'healthy eating' cook book and it is excellent. If you are looking to treat your menopause symptoms with nutrition this is an excellent way to do it as the recipes are delicious and will appeal to everyone in the family, so you won't have to make different meals for different people (that's not usually the case with books aimed at specific conditions).

Janes Frank's book is a 'must' for all menopausal women

I was experiencing terrific and embarassing flushes from head to toe until I read this book. After significantly changing my diet by following its easy recipes and good advice and cutting out certain foods, these flushes have almost completely stopped. I also feel my general health has improved. I am most grateful to Jane for having written this book.

This is more than a recipe book - for anyone who has had a menopausal symptom, Jane explains how to take control of your own health. Wonderful easy recipes that I enjoyed cooking.
