I no longer need Valium to visit the dentist!

I bought this cd as a last resort to help me get over my terrible fear of the dentist. I had a bad experience about 10 years ago which left me petrified of dentists ever since which obviously didn't help the state of my teeth!
The doctor would prescribe me valium to take 12 hours before the visit and on the day of the visit and still i would shake and cry both in the chair and the waiting room!
I listened to the cd for just 1 week...then i made an appointment...i listened another week and managed to drive myself to my dental check up because I hadn't needed to take Valium. I had a slight wobble in the chair the first visit but after that it got better.
I have now been over my dental phobia for 18 months and am currently undergoing treatment for 2 root canals....not for the faint hearted at the best of times, but I can happily say I am totally fine with the dentist now and it's all thanks to this fabulous cd....i would recommend to anyone and everyone! It can change your life!

I cannot recommend this highly enough,after overcoming a fear of the Dentist.
I purchased this a short while ago,and have put it on just before going to bed.
Glenn Harrold has a very calming voice and with the aid of some superb background music,it does what it says,RELAXES you,which in this day and age can,t be bad!!

well have this on tape,i have been listening to it for a week or two now,i tend to listen to one side during the day and the other side at night in bed.as my heading states,i'm not sure yet what to think about it,so 3 stars at the moment.It is VERY relaxing,every time i listen to it lately i never hear the end as i've fallen asleep,which isn't supposed to matter according to Glenn as the positive messages are still supposed to get through.
i have suffered with panic attacks and anxiety for many years now,and am trying many different things to overcome it,so i'm hoping that listening to Glenn will do the trick,i'm yet to feel any better though,i have a dentist appointment very soon,so that will be a good test,so watch this space!!
i would still recommend this, even if just to feel utterly relaxed for 30 minuites,and if the messages do help,then thats a big bonus.
