The blurb on the box states "When you need a long vacation and only have a short time". Having initially been sceptically I can now only agree with the blurb. This audio tape makes you feel that you've had the best night's sleep ever, within the space of an hour. There is no spoken word on this tape, only music which gently lulls the listener into a most relaxing, dream like state. I highly recommend this audio tape and will be telling my friends and stressed out colleagues about it.
