I have met Toon on several occasions and also take my RT exam with him.
He is one of the nicest people you would ever meet. I found his book brilliant and couldn't put it down. The book is now beeing loan to several members of Lasham gliding club where Toon Ghose once worked.
If you only read one book this year this is the one

I met the man before i read his story and found him to be one of the most genuine and kind people i have ever met, so i was expecting a nice story. But even i was surprised by what this one man had achieved in one life, the places he has been and the experiences he has had. The mans kindness, honesty and integrity shines out of this book and i would urge anyone to read it whether intersted in aviation or not.
