what women want

just one (slightly narrow minded) womans view on what women want, and boy do i pity her male partner or male friends (that's if she has any!). If you take in 5% of this 'guidance' then you are setting yourself up to be walked all over for the rest of your life by the fairer sex (if thats your thing)! This book could have been titled 'How to make a straight guy want to be homosexual' or at the very least 'How a man should pay for EVERYTHING'. Nicely presented book but out of date advice on supremelly high maintenance women (another apt title).

Very classy book - nicely printed, looks very stylish but no real information in it that can be applied to real life situations that isnt already common sense - very thin on the ground....

Lessons in Love!

This book should be read by every man... stylish and well designed, it offers some really useful advice for guys and how they should behave with women. How unusual to be written by a woman - it reads like real advice, is easy to take in.
I bought this for my boyfriend - now all his friends are borrowing it! It's fun and witty and a break from the other heavier guides out there that seem stuffy and outdated.

Very stylish yet incredibly light on useful information. I would have appreciated it if they had spent a little less time and effort on the glossy photos on each page and more on the actual content.

No revelations, but good for a laugh

I bought this out of curiosity, and although it is a fine looking book with a quality feel, the content contains nothing common sense wouldn't tell you. Chapters are short, and go into basics of what is expected at different stages of dating a girl. There are no 'magic' tips, but having said that, you may pick up one or two tips that could make the difference when dating, so it might be worth buying just for that alone. Several of the lines in the book did make me laugh out loud. For example in the section on giving compliments: "If the object of your desire is blessed with a spectacular bosom, remark on the delicacy of her wrists." There are a few more classic lines like this which are are good for a laugh if nothing else.
