If 1-6 are a mystery to you, don't bother, otherwise...

The excitement is still there for all the fans, but unfortunately L. Ron Hubbard decides to switch to Monte Penwell as his narrator (why? - no idea). Jettero is still the dashing hero, the Countess Krak is still beautiful, dangerous and desperately in love, Bang Bang is still blowing things up, and Officer Gris is still a crazy, perverted villain. Everything's much as usual except for the narrator change. Having read them all, I can safely tell you that this will be surprising, may resolve some stuff but will leave you gasping for more - as always. Buy it, if you like the previous six, as it will drive you mad not to know what happens next, but for anyone who hasn't read the preceding books, don't even try to read this. You won't get most of the plot, no matter how much Charlee - Nine tries to tell you. Plus, it's more fun that way. Happy reading.

Gripping read!

As the good guy chases bad guy routine hots up, this part of the Mission Earth series just keeps coming up with new twists and turns. Despite all these being surprising, they are at the same time believeable. For a book written in 1987, the satire is still bang up to date
