I really want to congratulate the authors of this book. They have done a great job. This books contains detailed information about almost all the aspects of a Spa from description of treatments to official safety regulations. You will learn about physical properies of meterials and their inter-action with the human body, a vast variety of treatments and step by step information about how to perform them, how to use properly your equipment, the psycology of the clients, spa design and operations, treatment packages and educational programms. All in one book!
Though I'm already a Spa Manager I learned many new usefull things and I definately recoment this book to Spa Managers, owners and employees.
