dressing who's hair ?

I am a freelance hairdresser who works mainly on weddings and formals, I found this book VERY GOOD for giving a visual aid to customers on what their hair will be like, there are very few pictures around either in books or on the web. There are several hints and tips I found useful but it also gave away a few trade secrets I had discovered myself. The only problem I had was that there aren't many styles which could be adapted to shorter styles.

You need a friend and you need to understand pictures.

Not bad. There are no instructions, you just have to follow the step by step pictures. Unfortunately, that isn't very helpful for a beginner. There are some beautiful styles. However, the "aren't I beautiful" face or Mr Cameron becomes somewhat irksome after a while!

Extremely helpful, detailed pictures step by step

I bought both of Patrick Camerons long hair styling books while in Cosmetology School for help with updo styling. I love these books and have a hard time keeping up with them, all the other students are constantly using them also. I love to do formal hair styling & feel much more confident with any style requested!

Now the other students are looking for a place to buy their own copies!
