Run To The Hills
Run To The Hills is probably the best place to start if you want to learn more about the career of Iron Maiden. This looks at their formation, rise to fame, the various line-ups, albums, concerts, band disputes and other general information about this classic group. You also get a good selection of photographs. Mick Wall is a respected rock journalist and this book is no exception, great story, well told. Make sure you track down the latest edition of this book as i've seen at least three versions now and it'll be worth getting the most up-to-date one if you can. A great history of one of Britain's most influential metal groups. Well worth a read.

This book it a book for you to say to yourself 'What do i know about Iron Maiden?' before reading the book and then ask yourself the same question afterwards and you may be surprised. However even though this book documents Iron Maiden really well there is one problem...the band are still conquering the world! Yes i know there have been alot of biographies written before the end of a stars on going fight for fame but come on!! These guys have still got a lot of steam left so think to yourself...this book is not the end! Yet it is still a good read.

How can you fault the best band in the world? This book is on Maiden since the early days up to now. The pictures are good and i'm sure if you get a magnifying glass and look to the right of the picture of them at Donnington 2003, you will see me there with my dad. I saw them on the 16th of December, last year aswell. Just to let you all know. Its a great book and very informative. A must have for any Maiden fan!
