Is it trying to explain all british car registrations, in which case examples of the previous identifying sequences would be helpful? Or is it trying to explain European alternatives in which case a more comprehensive listing would help. Instead I-Spy Car Numbers and Badges throws in the International ID plates, a page of French numer identifiers and a few selected brand badges and leaves the reader (user?) feeling that a fantastic opprtunity totell us where any European car has come from has been squandered.
