For anyone who is wondering, I can confirm that this is a good book and well worth reading. Erica certainly knows what she is talking about and writes in a clear and easy to understand style. The book is actually in three parts. The first is the authors testimony, which is a riveting read! The second part covers various health problems one by one, giving real life examples each time not just theory. Part three is a collection of appendices for quick reference. I read the book from cover to cover learning all sorts of useful facts along the way. My quality of life has greatly improved since following the "general guidelines for healthy eating", and the same goes for my wife. If you have a suspicion that maybe your diet isn't as good as it should be, read this book!
