A great book on a classic piece of Doctor Who history
|
When I was younger I used to real the Doctor Who Target books. In the days before video and dvd this was the only way to relive old stories and any episodes I hadn't seen. So all in all the Target books were a pritty important part of Doctor Who history.
What we have here is a facinating account of the history of the Target range of Doctor Who books. The book is lavishly illustrated with the various covers by Chris Achillos, Alastair Pearson and many other artists as well as unused designs.
This book is well written by auther David J Howe and has an introduction by Terrance Dicks who wrote more of the novels than anyone else. If you are a fan of Doctor Who then this book is for you.
