Bite-size and easy to digest

This book has been well constructed and clearly demonstrates how the client can manage the building process. The fact that the text has been kept to a minimum whilst covering the fundamentals of project management, has made it a book that can be easily referred to. The tables and graphs have been well thought out and are simple to understand, making them easy to replocate either with the aid of computer or by hand. The layout of the book is excellent, as complete paragraphs can be highlighted and used seperately. I look forward to seeing future work from the author.
