Very informative book covering all aspects of the recruitment process. Whatever job you are applying for in whichever industry there is something in here which can help you. I read it and got my dream job - can't say better than that!

The "insider" info on selection

I'm graduating this summer, so I was looking for one thing when I ordered this: a book that would maximise my chances of passing interviews to be an accountant in one of the big four. I am the first from my family to go to University, so I didn't have much idea about exactly what the interviewers are looking for and how they make their decisions. This book talks through the selection process in detail, even including worked examples - exactly what I needed. As I write this I've got two third round interviews lined up for next week - fingers crossed!

A VERY HELPFUL BOOK

People applying for jobs are often completely unaware of the opportunities and pitfalls in the application process. This book gives exactly what they need to know to help to choose the right job and to apply successfully. It is very clearly written and is addressed to the UK situation although it deals with international applications, an advantage over similar books which are essentially USA oriented. I have bought copies for two young members of friends' families.
