Fantastic book

This is a great read. We got the Withces children visit the Queen from the library and loved it so I decided to get my son (3 years and 3 months old) this too. I am so glad I did. Its a fantastic read, and he loves to end the sentances with 'and that means 'TROUBLE'
The witches children have just enough magical skills to cause chaos, but when asked to put things right they 'cant- havent learned how to do THAT yet'
I love this one so much my son now gets offered. 'OK, which 2 stories apart from The Witches Children do you want tonight?' Luckily he likes it too :-)

This book is absolutely fantastic - one of the best picture books I have ever come across. It's very funny, it's beautifully presented and you'll be begging your children to read it just one more time. The witch's three children are out and about in the park and that means trouble. They have limited magic up their sleeves - enough to change a little girl into a frog and the ice-cream lady into a princess etc. but once they've transformed the local wildlife they can't change anything back to its original form. Uh-oh. But they do have just one fantastic trick up their sleeves - one that will make every parent with preschool children laugh. The story is cracking and the illustrations are every bit as good. They're fresh and funky, & keep your eyes open for the tiny mouse, frog, and snail etc. For any child age 3 plus: BUY!
