A fitting end to the series... even if sugarcoated ending...

Mind, IT IS because it is the fifth CRIMEAN WAR volume I can still rate it 5 stars... but the last fifty pages are a let down... it seems the author was really fed up with the character and wanted to kill him (quite fitting mind... for a Crimean hero...), and then SOMEONE imposed a compromise solution... DO NOT KILL HIM (maim him a bit!)... maybe two or three more novels will sell... why not the Indian Mutiny?
And so there we were lead...
ADB
PS: I still think it was a BIG MISTAKE!... and the "Indian novels" are nowhere near the Crimean one's... only saved by the skill of the writer!...
