Disappointing. Delia Quigley has more than twenty years experience in the fields of natural food preparation, nutrition and Hatha yoga. She is a Kushi-certified macrobatic chef, an alternativve nutritional consultant and the author of two vegetarian books. This book is written for the American public and those seriously into organic foods with a good knowledge of the contents of health food shops. Many recipes contain ingredients difficult to obtain such as Stevia, Bragg's Liquid Aminos, almond butter, half and half, carob rice milk and flax meal.
This book takes itself far too seriously for any spontaneous smoothie maker.
