You'd be better off just buying the phrasebook.

The Lonely Planet phrasebook has a wide variety of phrases and is very useful, although it is romanised in a rather unusual way, dropping sounds that are only barely pronounced (e.g. 'des' and 'deshta' instead of 'desu' and 'deshita'). The additional CD, however, is poor. It doesn't cover as much as it might, wastes time with silly jingles and the pronunciation of the speaker doesn't sound standard.
