A great insight into many Eastern Principles

I bought this book mainly for information about Buddhism but found not only information about Buddhism but also about Taoism and Confucianism. It gave me a real insight into the culture of the eastern world and left me wanting to find out more. Not only about my own religion but about other religions as well.

Although it is only a relatively short read it covers basicly everything. From learning to meditate to divining your own future Lillian Too shows how you can use Buddhism, Toism and Confucianism to enrich your own life.
