This book was excellent for presentation purposes but disappointingly didn't really focus on the ways of handling the physical fear of public speaking. I know there is no miracle cure, only experience will improve your skills. Would only recommend this if you need presentation advice - for those looking to learn something new to help overcome your fears - don't bother.

This has got to be one of the BEST public speaking books on the market today!. Reading this book is like I am having a conversation with Lenny. It is very conversational and easy to read. The content is tremendous. This book should be on everyone's list of "must have" books.
