Disappointed     
I was a little disappointed when my copy of this book arrived, it had a 'USA Markets' sticker on the cover.
It is not made clear that this is a US markets publication, so of little interest unless you plan to sell in the US.
For the USA     
My copy of this book turned up with a 'USA Markets' sticker on the cover and whilst there are some worldwide agencies etc. 95% of the book is for the USA Markets.
