A guilt-free guide to changing eating habits.

The idea of keeping a "food diary" is a common one in many diet plans, but Moran takes a much more holistic approach to the weight loss programme. This book aims not only to help someone keep up a successful diet - by taking more notice of what they eat and changing their habits as necessary - but to re-educate their attitude towards food and their bodies, and break the cycle of yo-yo dieting forever. Accordingly, as well as space for keeping a record of what you eat, there are motivational chapters and space to record emotional progress. Not for everyone, maybe, as it takes a lot of effeort to stick to writing everything down, but generally a very useful tool.
