First impressions are very disappointing. This book is far from the quality of cookery books I'm used to. - There are no pictures - The instructions are all in American language (measures in cups, oven temparature in farenheit etc) with no conversion section or helpful hints - Huge emphasis on "canola oil", which seems to be used as a substitute for butter and is in nearly every receipe. I had never heard of canola oil so did a google search - the first 3 sites I got were all warnings against using canola (ie rapeseed oil) as allegedly it is toxic and should only be used for industrial purposes. Great!I was so looking forward to this book arriving. I have really missed good puds since giving up dairy. This might help - but I think the search will have to continue.
