I bought this book and also the authors other 2 books in the series, 'Diet for Life' and 'Low Carb Meals in Minutes'. Both books are first class BUT when 'More Low Carb Meals' arrived it was exactly the same as the 'Diet for Life book'. I e-mailed the author and she was suprised that I had managed to get a copy of 'More Low Carb Meals in Minutes' as it was an American relase and that 'Diet for Life' is the UK version of the same book. My message is get 'Diet for Life', it's the same book and at the time of writing is £2 cheaper.
