Happy I Read It!

Although this is not the first book to expand on the principles that are so simplistically described in "The Secret," I think this book does contain some brand new ways of framing old ideas about the manifestation process. Neale's description of "The Multiplier Effect" is the clearest explanation I have yet found on why freely giving to others greatly benefits the giver. And what Neale calls "The Law of Opposites" is a remarkable concept, clearing up the mystery of why things suddenly seem to go wrong in life. I highly recommend this inspiring book.

If not now, when? If not you, who?

I had read books 1, 2 [and almost 3 now] of the Conversations with God [CwG] series. I have also watched the film about Neale's life and a couple of DVD's of him.
The title is intriguing, and a brilliant hook to interest you in buying. The book fills all the gaps [if you haven't read CwG, you'll know if you do] left by his [God's?] earlier work.
It is quite brilliant. It offers explanations that make total sense, and doesn't require you to spend years reading spiritual texts to understand it. Walsch is one our best spiritual teachers. His humility and compassion are combined with incisive writing, and life lessons that all hang together.
Given the dialogue he has had/has with God, Happier than God is an opportunity for him to reflect and use his worldly humanity to offer something that resonates and guides from every page.
Yes, if you want the best spiritual book around at present, look no further than this.

Some fantastic insights!

Let me say it straight away: this book is amazing. Sure, the final verdict is subjective for everyone, but I still think this book will be appealing to a lot of people for several reasons.
1) It is extremely easy to read. It is as if the author is having an informal conversation with you. This makes the content that much easier to absorb.
2) To those who have seen or read 'The Secret', this book may be a God-send (and once you read it, you will take those words quite literally). It goes much deeper into explaining just what the Law of Attraction is really about, how it works, and (importantly) WHY it works. The book also explains why it may seem NOT to work, and what to do about it. If you are serious about applying the ideas presented in 'The Secret' - or were at first but then became disheartened - this book really is essential reading.
3) It is not a religious text. Let me repeat that: it is NOT a religious text. It will appeal both to Christian and non-Christian readers alike (me being in the latter category; in fact I am almost entirely non-religious).
I picked this book up on a whim. I ordered the 'Peaceful Warrior' DVD and noticed the 'Conversations with God' movie being advertised before the main menu. That lead me to find more of Neale's work, including his latest book: Happier Than God. Having recently entered a phase in life where I was redefining a lot of things about myself, I decided to order it.
I was sucked in from the first few lines. In fact, I was surprised that several times the book almost moved me to tears for no apparent reason. The words just hit me so hard. Hopefully they will do the same for others.
Neale, if you read this: thank you!

This book is about the Law of attraction

This is really a book about the Law of Attraction with a few big new ideas and how the Law of attraction can help the whole world, rather than just individuals.A very good book but not in the same league as the CWG123 books. My favourite of Walsch's books is friendship with God which is breathtaking. In my opinion Walsch's books are the greatest books on the planet.
