I carry out a lot of Chakra healing and this is one of two books on the subject that I go back to time and again. More flexible in approach than most books on the subject, it does not remain fixed in the traditional 7 Chakras. She describes 12 main Chakras, 32 secondary ones and a further 20 Energy points which correspond to the vertebrae of the spine. The real beauty of the book, however, is the detailed description of the rear aspects of each of the Chakras, the first time I have read such a detailed analysis. Oh, and the other book? Rosalyn Bruyere's Wheels of Light.
