As a 1st year, C&A Law went over my head: Dicey, Hobbs, Rosseau, Royal Prerogative, written vs unwritten Constitution and the notion of Parliamentary Sovereignty in a time when EU Law (in practice) challenges the supremacy of Parliament. Arrrgghhh!
