Audio Prozac - Keeping a balanced prospective of reality

Thought control is not always easy. When we find we have wandered to the dark side, and are not enjoying our thoughts, it is nice to have positive thought provolking material to stimulate us. These thoughts (coping tools)are found in more detail in Wayne's other works. I prefer the audio tape while relaxing and driving. All of Wayne's efforts are great for understanding and accepting others, ourselves, happiness, and reality. A great gift for 'searching' friends.

Sometimes a great notion...

It seems like the deal of the century, getting dozens and dozens of Dr. Dyer's life-enhancing thoughts packed into a single cassette. But it's really too much of a good thing, in too little time, without no apparent structure. Much as I appreciate many of his books and tapes, I found this one disturbingly fragmented, a ceaseless daisy chain of mind-boggling concepts, one after another, with hardly a breath in between. Most bothersome is the fact that these life-altering statements are strung together in haphazard fashion, with no thread of logic to the presentation. If your car has an audio pause button so you can give your brain time to absorb a few statements, this tape might work for you. Otherwise, I'd recommend his other audiotape, "Staying on the Path," over this one any day.
