This cd is actually a recording with a live audience which is nowhere stated on the product description. There is loud laughter, & coughing from the audience which interrupts the cd. I expected something amazing from a cd entitled "How to Love Yourself" but Louise rambles on and mentions stuff like not taking drugs, and just learning how to relax in order to love yourself.

I greatly enjoyed Louise's book, and the CD is a repetition of the book spoken in a dry and boring voice in a lecture hall with people coughing and sneezing in the background. This is Louise cashing in. You may as well listen to the cash register tink- tink-tink...

A positive and Helpful CD

This is the first Louise L Hay CD I have bought and I played it for the first time not long ago.
If you have low self esteem, find it hard to accept or love yourself - this CD will help you....give it a try! I intend to play this CD again and again.
Louise L Hay starts with a talk on different points in loving yourself. The talk is interesting, positive and can really help.
After the talk there is a meditation which is healing and very comforting. If you are finding it hard to accept or love yourself then definately order this CD.
