Teen Titans Go! Volume 2
|
This is the second volume of the Teen Titans Go! comic collections. They are based on the Cartoon Network animated series. The five main members of the team are: Raven, Robin, Starfire, Cyborg and Beast Boy.
"Heroes on Patrol" contains 5 comic book stories:
"Storm" re-introduces the brash brothers Lightening and Thunder and you've guessed it, they're tearing up the city... but are the Titans going to stop them or join them?
Blackfire's back and visiting her sister in "How You Play The Game", but has she really turned over a new leaf?
Mad Mod makes his comic debut in "Naked City", how can Robin, Raven and Cyborg safe Jump city when Starfire and Beast Boy are hypnotised? Look out for some psychedelic clothes and spare some blushes.
In "War Machine", the Titan's go up against Gizmo... but is bigger always better?
Something fishy is going on in "Finding Nero", but who is the mysterious sea monster, could it be Aqua Lad?
These comics have the same warm humour that is shown in the cartoon series. The comics are presented in colour and are very well drawn. They are completely stand-alone, so you don't need to read Volume 1 (Truth, Justice, Pizza!) first as there is no continuing story arc. Well worth the money! I'm off to read the next one!

Brillent!
|
This is the second edition of the Teen Titans Go digests. It contains 5 comics. Which are...
Storm: Thunder and Lightning duel in the middle of Jump City! But when Cyborg and Beast Boy get involved, it turns into a massive free-for-all. And you know what that means: a slew of property damage!
How You Play the Game: Starfire's big sister Blackfire is back with a vengeance! Will the Titans become victims of their sibling rivalry?
Naked City: Mad Mod comes to Jump City and calls out the fashion police! Will Starfire and Beast Boy get arrested?
War Machine: Fixit comes to town and "helps" the team defeat Gizmo, but in the process they learn that bigger weapons might not be the answer to fighting evil. And introducing the Titans-Bot!
Finding Nero: A vile, muck-covered creature from the depths of the ocean is menacing Jump City. Could teen hearthrob Aqualad be behind it?
Overall this is a fantasic collect of comics, Though the book is quite small, the quailty of the page prints is brillent.
