I highly recommend this book. Whether you are an intuitive empath or just need to boost your energy level and awaken your intuition, this book is for you. An intuitive empath is a person, who actually feels what is going on in others both emotionally and physically, no matter where you are and who you are with. It can be almost impossible to distinguish what is yours and what belongs to the other person. When you do not know how to deal with it, this amazing gift can be a burden and drain you for energy. In my own life it has meant over-eating, tiredness and loneliness, as I preferred to stay in alone a lot of the time. It was the only way I knew not to be drained by others. For seven years I have sought councelling and alternative therapy, but all I was ever told was `stop being so sensitive'. I absolutely agree. But how?
