Very poor 166 page essay regurgitation of badly informed press articles and the Russian Bad Bear image, without any new information or conclusions, just a simple cash in on the recent hysterical slew of anti-Russian press and books. Not a question of anti or for, just unintersting writing on a subject that deserves far better research and development.
