This is the perfect training diary for intermediate/advanced triathletes. It has loads of great info and advice from Joe Friel - esp on periodisation and how to plan your racing year. I couldn't have written a more personalised diary for myself - it has space for 2 workouts a day, an 'overtraining' indicator, space for race results, heartrates, weight, comments etc etc.. Just Great!
