I bought this book for my teenager sister. I have not read the book myself but when I talked to my teenage sister about the book she said that it was great and it gave her some insight into some of the things that is going on in her life. The book communicate with her at just the right level.

Young at heart

I am no longer a teenager and I originally bought this book because I loved the other Andrew Matthews books so much - Being Happy and Follow Your Heart. This book is an overview of a multitude of self help/ personal development ideas. Yes it tells you what you already know, but it does it with humour and style and I for one need reminding from time to time about things which I already know. This book is for those moments when you need to have some distance from your current issues and want to be reminded of the basics, plus made to smile. I would recommend this book to people who are able to look at the lighter side of life whilst having a passion to learn personal development ideas - whatever your age.
