A fantastic resume/overview of a range of management techniques. Leant to me by a member of my fabulous team it was good to see such a good overview of recent management thinking and concepts. I meet so many managers who haven't really got a clue and don't know where to start. I suggest they start right here. Good management can be learnt and this is a very good introduction. Start your amazing journey in to management here. Only issue I have is the circus setting but won't hold this against the book.

An excellent and entertaining guide to being happy and how to stay there. Accessible and easy to understand the book is a practical guide to developing postive relationships and positive and successful teams in a business environment.
