A book for pupil's to use!

This book needs to be used in conjunction with the teacher's guide in which all the exercises, their purpose and the science behind them are expliained. This is the pupil's book designed to help them with the excercises.
As a teacher who has been awarded a Best Practice Research Scholarship to look into the use of Brain Gym in the classroom, my early work on the subject suggests it is a powerfull tool to aid learning.

who is this book written for?

I am puzzled at who this book is written for. It seems it is written for literate 3 year olds. The style is patronising and not very imformative, very slushy US style which is not to british tastes. To top it all it is badly illustrated. The few exercises it covers are not explained well and many of these are taken from other exercise styles...
