a whole self help group in one book
I always reread this book together with Don Aslett's Clutter's Last Stand when I want to make another onslaught on my clutter problem. That gives practical help; this book, containing extracts from some of the thousands of letters Don Aslett has received, feels like being part of a big self help group. You are not alone; you are normal; there are others much worse than you (guaranteed if you are a UK reader - the Americans have so much more space!). But best of all are the descriptions of euphoria from those who have started to de-junk. It drives you on so you can get that high yourself.

Liked his earlier books better

I have enjoyed Don Aslett's books through the years, as have - to my delight - my children, who found him entertaining. This book, however, is a collection of hints from his devotees and just doesn't do it for me like the previous volumes. I might recommend looking through this one before buying - maybe the hints will strike you differently.
