Whoever it is who has submitted the poorly composed and thought-out multiple reviews (from PA)that attempt to obscure the truth of this fine guide to low fat cooking.....shame on you! You are not fooling anyone! Say what....why not try your hand to do this kind of work and then get it published....you might not be so eager to destoy another's livelihood for whatever personal gripes you bear. I look forward to buying Ms Jacobs' future works and become healthier for it!

Am I the only person in the world who enjoyed this book? Looks like it! I am veggie and I love eating beans and legumes. I`m a real healthfoodie, and ,if you like healthy food and your`e veggie, then this is the book for you

100 low-fat vegetable and legume recipes blows this book away in taste. Its like comparing a t-bone steak to Grade-D chuck beef.

I hate the recipes in this book. I really do. I hope everyone doesn't buy this book, please. If you like healthfood go ahead and try it, but I wont be around when you do.

good health, bad taste

When a health-food book comes out, I am always the first to glance at the book and most likely bring it home from the store with me. Well this is what i did...and I'm sorry i did it. Without flavorings, seasonings, and salts, food can go downhill. And though there were some salts, I hate looking at the disgusting food that i have ended up preparing for myself.
