Very good ratio quality/price... you'll know a lot about them,

The Household Division.
Full ceremonial troops... but also "normal" soldiering for them...
I have an older edition of this guide and they are really helpful to make you discover the intrincancies and small details which disticts one Regiment from the other.
Foot Regiments:
The Grenadier Guards (white plume)
The Coldstream Guards (red plume)
The Scots Guards (no plume)
The Welsh Guards (white plume with a light green middle section)
The Irish Guards (medium blue plume)
those are the more obvious, insignia and spacing of the buttons in groups are the less know (probably).
Horse Regiments:
The Life Guards (amalgamated I and II) red coat white plumes.
The Blues and Royals (also an amalgamation of two old regiments of cavalry) Blue coat red plumes.

Guess nearly every tourist in London has seen them in some way doing one thing or another for decades... a visit to The Guards MUSEUM and Toy Soldier shop (with other memorabilia) is highly recommended... through them or MKL models you an get the CD with the music or the VHS or DVD of the full ceremonies and pageantry...

PS; As toy soldiers go the best range (without doubt) and the more complete is the one by FORT DUCAL or simply DUCAL... Jack and Thelma are providers of the fullest range in "classic" 54mm lead toy fully painted soldiers... a pleasure to own and display!
