Directors form an orderly queue

A very good practical guide offering all sorts of informative and helpful advice in writing for the film industry as I have done.
I am a big horror fan and partly thanks to this brilliant book I have finally managed to put down the thoughts what were moving about in my head down onto pieces of paper in a pad.
I have searched the internet and can't find any other film like this. My idea is this. It is set at a nursing college for wayward girls with lesbian tendancies. One night the hot wayward lesbian student nurses use an ouija board and end up attracting dead ghosts. I have a small cameo role as a gamekeeper; I think one of my turkeys has flown in the dorm window so I go in to investigate. From the doorway I can see the girls tenderly kissing and touching each other, I walk in saying something like "I'm looking for a bird who's fresh, ripe and ready for plucking" they all turn round and say something like "That'll be us then, we haven't seen a man in weeks. Let's do it!"
The love making then begins, some gentle romantic music is being played. Beautiful.
I want to cast Daniel Day Lewis as the head of the college. He is furious at the girls when he finds out about them using the ouija board because before being a college professor he used to be a puritanical priest. He goes to the girls dorm just as they've dressed in their nurses uniforms for their lessons and bends each of them over his knee in turn and gives them a right good spanking. After he leaves, the gamekeeper returns again with the first aid box (The gamekeeper used to be the doctor at the college but there was a horrific fire a few years back and the college was burnt down killing lots of wayward girls, these are the ghosts that come back, see how it all fits? The doctor/gamekeeper was blamed because his trousers were found in the girls dorm where the fire started so he was struck off and made gamekeeper. This is not the only brilliant twist in the script)
So the gamekeeper starts to apply his special lotion to the poor girls bottoms, next thing you know the nurses, still in full uniform minus their pants, start to get excited and the love making begins.
This film script isn't all soppy romance, there are some killings as well. One of the wayward girls is washing her uniform at night in the washing machine. She is wearing only a skimpy see-thru nightie and is cold. She decides to get some hold-up stockings to wear but unfortunately all the hold-up stockings are kept in the cellar. She goes down and is killed by a ghost.
Other peripheral girls are killed as well but you understand I can't divulge everything as I don't want anyone stealing my ideas.
At the end Daniel Day Lewis is feeling really intense and decides to perform an exorcism because, (we find out another twist) it was really HIM that started the fire I mentioned before because he was just a silly priest and jealous of all the action the doctor was getting. He even framed the doctor by leaving the doctors trousers at the scene (yes! this is brilliant!!)
Anyway things are crashing about and the windows blowing open, the poor girls have their skimpy nighties blown right off, I (the gamekeeper)have to run in and comfort the girls. Anyway the ghosts are killed and Day Lewis is so pleased he makes me doctor again.
The last scene is me teaching the class whilst they are, obviously, in their nurses uniforms. This is the only actual dialogue I have written to date.
Doctor: Right girls, today I want to look at the female anatomy
Tasty blonde at the front in full uniform: I bet you do!
Doctor: Not arf (Sid James type laugh)
The blonde student then starts to strip and the the love making begins with the other wayward girls rubbing and kissing each other.
Cue Daniel Day Lewis who appears at the door, looks through the glass panel, rolls his eyes up, shakes his head and laughs to himself whilst walking away.
Can anyone who works for Hollywood please contact me. I'm happy to amend the script for any of the Day Lewis stuff but I think the gamekeeper and wayward lesbians are integral to the story. I would like to start casting for the wayward girls immediately, If you are about 19, eager to learn and compliant please send me some pictures I really want to fully immerse myself in this role. I will be filming lots of extra scenes for the directors cut and the deleted scenes extras on the dvd so all the successful applicants should get some screen action.
I'm not sure who will be directing but not that Night Shyamalan. Tranvestite twist indeed!

After reading Writing Treatments That Sell, I wrote my first MOW treatment -- something I had been terrified to do. I sent it off to two producers who responded with a resounding,"Your treatment was extremely well written and very professional." The guidelines and advice within the covers of this book can lift a writer's skills to new levels.

Interesting book. But, I would be interested to hear of anyone who has utilitsed this and other such books and successfully submitted a script. Are these books worth the money or are they for people who are dreaming about being successful writers? How many 'real' writers use such books? Can a writer 'make it' by using them? If anyone has read this book and had success, please submit a review as I think this would help other reads decide how good this book really is.
