When I was becoming vegetarian in 6th grade, I read a lot of book, but none delt with the teenagers view. This is a great book that has done just that. It tells you how to work around parents, and deal with friends and school meals. Recommended to any teen considering become vegetarian.

Whether u are vegetarian or not, this book is a must-read. It is informative without being overwhelming or confusing. It is just plain fantastic! I can't say enough good stuff about it. 10 stars!!!

Necessary Reading for Any Teen Vegetarian!

Although I was a vegetarian before I read it, "A Teen's Guide To Going Vegetarian" reinforced my beliefs and strengthened my hope for a vegetarian world. I found the section on factory farming especially moving. If you're just considering becoming a vegetarian or even if you've been one for some time, this fabulous book is necessary reading!
