The good stuff
|
Volume two is more of the same and that's a good thing. Irreverent superheroing with wit and style that makes it more than a throw-away read that most 'funnies' are.
I did feel it dragged a bit in the middle, but will admit to the possiblity that this could be due to sheer sensory overload, and even then this was only in relation to the overall high standard.
It's shallow fun intelligently done. A good send off for the series and a definite must buy if you enjoyed the first volume.
