Step inside the life of a contract killer

The story of Serge Quesnel a man who by all accounts had a normal upbringing with parents that love him who turned from the road and started a life of crime. The story is relayed via Pierre Martineau a journalist who interviews the police officers and Serge Quesnels folks to get the story of how he started his career in crime right up to when he was murdering people. This story is not a linear read nor is it highly informative regarding bike clubs. I have to say that I thought Quesnel got off very lightly for the crimes and to recieve a reward (payment of a very large sum of money) from the canadian government for becoming an informant seems to be paid storytelling. However the Author does a good job of corrobrating some evidence together with Serges testimony. I picked it up and read it in 2 days a very easy read recommended, but with a understanding that Serge Quesnel is as far as I know (its not mentioned) receiving royalties from the book.
