It's Perfectly Normal

This book is NOT appropriate for children. Planned Parenthood has an agenda. Children have to go thru what we did ... you can't talk them to death and make it better. Growing up is awkward and adults seem to think pictures and talking make it all better. It doesn't. Just like kids for millineums they have to go thru what everyone did. This is to promote their own views and morals and usurp parental authority and morality. Hands off of our kids. They are the ones that are the sexual predators on our kids' innocence.

It was a great help when discussing sexuality and the changing body with my 10 year old daughter. We both enjoyed the funny pictures, and it eased the subject, my daughter still uses the book after one year and from time to time brings it to ask more questions. Highly recommendable

A Frightening Look at "Public" Sex Education.

This book is a must-read for any parent interested in mainaining the authority of the family above the authority of the public sector in areas of morality, religion, and ethics. Simply stated, this book is a "how to" manual of animal sexual gatification completely detached from any human code of behavior. Endorsed by Planned Parenthood, this book is the greatest example of the true state and direction of the ultra-liberal education establishment in the assault on traditional family values. This book provides all the evidence needed by any social moderate or conservative arguing against the dimunition of the family's primary role in passing its own moral code to the next generation. Bring this book to your next PTA or school board meeting to demonstrate the potential depravity of the "sex education" movement left unchecked. Sexuality is part of our humanity. This book would have our children believe that sexuality is nothing more than another pleasurable diversion to be enjoyed without consequence or responsibility.

Wonderful book - lots to discuss with my child

My 11 year old has completely enjoyed this book. When I learned he was going to have sex ed in school in 5th grade, I wanted him to be properly informed ahead of time, and to not be embarrassed to ask questions etc.. We have had many wonderful discussions at home as a direct result of his reading this book and he feels free to ask me questions and discuss topics that I didn't previously know how to approach. I highly recommend this book. Anyone know where the expression the birds and the bees originated?
