Unfortunately, I was wrong. If you want nice photos of Firebirds and Trans Ams, this is not a bad offering - it covers all years from 1967 up to 2002. However, if you want to learn about the Firebird, you're better off looking elsewhere - there is nothing in this book you won't find elsewhere. Worse, the book reads as if it were "assembled" from other articles. There are chapters which don't seem to be part of the whole and there are more than a few errors.

Overall, I expect a lot more of Bill Holder and Phil Kunz.
