This book is a must read for anyone interested in the battles fought by the Waffen-SS Pz Divisions on the brutal battlefields of the Eastern Front. The book is split into around 12 chapters from Kharkov, Kursk, Cherkassy to Operation Spring Awakening etc. The book mainly focus's on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd SS Divisions but also includes the likes of the 5th, 9th and 12th SS Divisions. The book itself is a very well writen and a most enjoyable read, often alittle funny in some parts, with over 180 b/w pictures included. Overall a great book.
