Just read this book on holiday. I absolutely loved it. From page one I was glued and just did not want to put it down! A great story - with lots of twists and turns! I really felt like I knew the character Lydia - a great character and Noah too! I would highly recommend this book to anyone. Can't wait read another of her titles!!!!

Loved it, loved it, loved it!

I read this book in about three days and that is with a demanding 4 month old baby! It has to be the best of Erica James' books yet and I have read them all.
One word FANTASTIC!

Uneasy mix

I usually find Erica James novels a good light holiday read, and looked forward to reading one set in Italy. This was a disappointment.I did not enjoy the uneasy mix of child abuse tales and schmaltzy romance. The characters of the uncle and grandfather were almost laughably evil, and the romance between Lydia and Noah was pure Mills and Boon. I never for a moment believed in the storyline or the characters, and Lydia's move to Italy was so implausible I nearly stopped reading!

One of the best books i've ever read!

I took this book on holiday as my beach read this year, and i had finished it within 2 days! It gripped me from the first chapter and i loved every second of it. The characters where so well formed and the storyline was amazingly gripping with several twists and turns. I like the fact the story began in the future and then the main chunk of the story was back to the main charcter's childhood. Honestely, one of the best books i've ever read. I'm now going to order all of her other books!

This is one of the best books I've read in a long time, a real page turner and it doesn't disappoint right to the end. Extremely well recommended.
